Service Description
A telehealth screening visit for dizziness, vertigo, and imbalance. We review your history and symptoms, then plan any next step, such as bedside balance testing at home.
Cancellation Policy
Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your visit. Inside 48 hours, or for a missed appointment, the session is forfeited — for pay-per-visit bookings the deposit is kept; for package visits that session counts as used. Packages are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase if no session has been used; after first use they are non-refundable and unused sessions are not prorated. Questions?
